Nothing is going to be worth the money you are spending because, as you have admitted, it's a terrible time to need a Seattle hotel room.
And to make matters worse...just about everything is forcing a non-refundable 2-night minimum. The upside to this poop sandwich? United is running 7 flights a day ORD-SEA so at least airfare is cheap!

I may just bite the bullet and book the Marriott Waterfront.
