Just to share how this one turned out...

- Submitted an EC/UK261 claim to BA on 11th Jan
- Claim refused by BA on 16th Jan, citing ATC restrictions
- Requested substantiation and BA reiterated refusal without providing further detail on 16th Jan
- Requested deadlock confirmation, which I received on 31st Jan
- Filed a dispute with CEDR on 4th Feb
- Notified that my case passed intake on 5th Feb
- Notified today that BA agreed to settle in full (£520)

Honestly surprised both by how straightforward the process was and how quickly CEDR resolved it once submitted. Thanks to everyone here, the experience and guidance on this forum is so helpful.
