We’ve been saying the same things for years and years now though. Block times too short. Turn times too short. Lack of operational coordination between gate / ramp / catering / etc. If AC actually cared about fixing these things they would fix them - but they clearly don’t. They are part of the experience you can expect while flying AC and AC is fine with it.

My TATL left YYZ an hour+ late last week. Why? Well the plane had arrived earlier in the day so they had it parked off gate. They towed it to the gate around the time we should have started boarding. Oops, guess boarding is not happening any time soon. Then catering doesn’t show up so they continue to delay boarding. Finally we get on the plane and when I get to my J seat there is a bunch of trash in it that wasn’t cleaned up from a previous flight. All the while there is zero communication from AC, not a single text message, update in the app, or announcement - everyone just milling around the gate like we’re leaving on time.

Those problems are all fixable. Especially the communication part. But they consistently shown that they absolutely don’t care to spend the money and time to fix them.
