Does anyone have experience with the JMB Post-Flight-Credit process for partner airlines flights?
Situation:
- 6 Flights on same booking/ticket, booked through Finnair (Had to due to credit from EC261 compensation).
- JMB number provided to Finnair upon booking
- 5 of those flights Codeshare with JAL, but ticketed under Finnair flight number
- 1 flight ticketed with JAL flight number (A domestic leg)
- I have only received miles/fly-on for the leg ticketed under the JAL flight number.
- Requested Post-Flight-Credit through the form +/- 1 month ago
Upon completing the form, I never got a confirmation email/reference/case number/.... is this normal?
Is it normal I haven't received any contact/communication related to this from JAL?
Asking because in past dealings, they were quick to respond, but their website/app/... is mediocre at best.
