indeed, to be crystal clear, anyone using both afkl and ba will be under no doubt whatsoever which has the better it.

whilst not perfect, the afkl it and app are light years ahead of ba. As exemples, none of the recurrent inability to access your account or your bookings, properly working two factor identification and as far as I can tell much fewer reports of fraud, no issue with check in, or changing your seat at any time after check in, upgrade and check in systems integrated so before you decide to upgrade you can see exactly which seats you can choose if you do, fully effective meal pre ordering service and so on.

There is simply no comparison and only people not using one or the other (or both) systems could possibly think that the two are in any remote way in the same boat.
