I do avoid the bulkhead rows, both in Premium Economy and as Plus seats. I don‘t like the rigid arm rests which restrict your space sidewards.

Hence, the rows behind are better options, but to each their own.

Also, in the front row you are „at risk“ of having a baby cradle next to you which is not everybody‘s cup of tea either.
