No, but I have a plethora of experience using them, and they are all awful. ServiceNow, Workday/Workjam, ADP, some SAP shipping portal, TRIRIGA, and a bunch of travel portals whose names I don't recall. Most of these replaced in-house tools that were built around the company's actual needs, instead of an ever-growing checklist of "features", and all were a significant downgrade in the user experience. But UX isn't something you can put on a spec sheet and outsourcing your problems always costs less on paper, so I have to put up with this garbage on a daily basis.
