As I wrote, I suspect they will ask you to contact Expedia. But, it may be worth a shot.
Expedia might have already acknowledged and confirmed the new schedule change. Amex travel did that previously with minor schedule changes. OP should really check Expedia to see if they have already updated the eticket on their end.
Also even if JAL is generous and allow +/- 7 days change with minor schedule changes, Expedia’s T&Cs may not and could still charge for a service fee.
