Hello everyone. I have discovered that the JP Morgan Reserve has worse flight availability than the Chase Sapphire Reserve when booking in the Chase Ultimate Rewards Travel portal. I have both the JPR and CSR because I opened a CSR a few months ago for the points, and intended to downgrade it after a year. I have replicated this issue on both my JPR and CSR, and confirmed better CSR availability on family member's cards/chase logins as well. I have replicated this issue using different dates and destinations, so it is not specific to one singular itinerary.

In short, the points boosts offers are different between the cards, with occasions where the JPR will show no points boosts at all while the CSR has multiple airlines with points boosts. Also, the quality of flights that are available may change. For example, the CSR is showing me a 1 stop to europe with United where the JPR is only showing 2 stops. This is a problem because I am trying to use my points on the JPR that have the grandfathered 1.5x, but I obviously don't want to take 2 stops when the 1 stop exists. And on Delta, the CSR has some Delta Main Cabin availability where the JPR only has Delta Main Basic. I would prefer not to fly basic.

All of this rant is to say, why is the JPR being treated worse than the CSR in the travel portal? It hardly seems fair. And I'm wondering if anyone else here with both cards has seen this issue?
