LHR. it has historical significance of Kangaroo route
also they talk about F lounge in LHR a lot

pricing wise i say 15-20pct premium to PER transit pricing. Nobody will pay for 50pct premium and 30pct+ seems too rich. just my gut feeling of how the rhetoric or "slight premiUm" has been and not based on any sophisticated analysis,
