I think you should login to your app and start a bilt payment for rent -Select portal - you will be given a chance to view the ACH routing and account numbers - verify that they are the same as before - if new, update in your portal
For the Bilt Cash, as soon as you login, look at the area where it says your card is ready to use - click on that - below activate offer icon on the right side, you get a choice of how to use either Bilt Cash or the 1.25x - select the Bilt Cash, as well as a boost your rewards

For my first 25k spend, I will get SUB 50k, 2x25k for spend , serial bonus 1x5kx5 times = 125k points AND Platinum status - which often translates to 100% transfer bonus at AirFrance or Avianca etc
250k points for cost 495 +1000$ lost cash - about or below 0.6 cpm. I am willing to wait for customer service for that.
It is like signing up for 3-5 cards for 95$ fees and 5k spend overall
Spend after that = 3.3x - limited only by the rent I can pay for family - and once you factor in 100% transfer bonus =
6.6x - that is not bad
Long term we will only keep 1 Palladium card
