Reading the review above is painful
The hotel has been on the downslide since Daniel the GM left
I noticed lesser upgrades and if so to standard suites and it sounds now like the club is going downhill too.
Last time there the filtered tap water machine was broken so no water still or sparkling
and sometime ago they removed all bottled water from the club
the club was a zoo for breakfast with kids running all over out of control.All this for the highest pricing in the hotel’s history
The replacement GM was the one that killed one of my favorite properties in Hyatts history and she’s in charge now
At sometime I’m sure I’ll go back but I kind of moved my business elsewhere
Hopefully it’s just the holiday cluster mayhem temporarily.
In no way is this a cat 5 hotel but yet it is
