I have had some funky issues like this with pp's. Too many show as requested for the same itinerary, and I don't know why. It's been resolved two ways, the first is after the itinerary is flown the pp's magically come back to my account. If you need them before, you can call and get someone to clean up the itin and manually put them back though this was a painful hour plus phone call. Half of the call was the agent triple checking everything to make sure I did not somehow pull a fast one on them.
I only did the manual route once, I tried an earlier time and after discussion with the agent decided not to because there was some risk that the segments that had cleared would be bumped back to the original class.
