I had a quick 1-night stay using a Cat 1-7 FNA and really enjoyed my first stay here at HTH. Globalist benefits also worked really well, as I needed an early check in and got my room around 10am. I arrived at the hotel just before 10am and asked if I could check in. The front staff searched and told me that it would take 10 mins to get ready. (The app changed it to the Premium Room the night before. Only the Toranomon Suite was available at check-in.)
While waiting for my room in the lobby, one of the managers came and talked to me, then the room became ready, the manager escorted me to the room. I was also offered a late check-out proactively.
The room was great, quiet and spacious. The view was ok (Andaz view?), but I wasn’t able to see Tokyo Tower. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the shower pressure was strong. I liked the shower here more than at PH Tokyo. No turndown service.
I tried the gym and I loved the machines (Technogym), but it was small and a bit weird, as there was a kitchen inside. Also there was an upstairs that seemed like a yoga room.
Visited the lounge a few times during my stay. Just like Infinite1K mentioned that the lounge here is not like GHT, Conrad or even HR Tokyo, cocktail service or breakfast were not provided, but you can enjoy some snacks and coffee/soft drinks plus it’s open 24/7!
Also ElevatorEnthusiast said earlier that the Guava juice was really delicious! I really liked the tea pound cake, as well.
No cocktail time or dinner in the lounge, but there are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel/Toranomon Hills area or near Shinbashi Station. We tried a restaurant called “BIRD LAND TORANOMON” at the Toranomon Yokocho, and it was pretty good.
The breakfast was excellent! Here also I could order additional items using a tablet. I chose rice with an egg dish and pancake; both tasted and looked awesome! Didn’t check the price for it, but I’m sure it’s pretty expensive.

Egg rice was excellent!
My favorite pancake!
Overall, it was a great (quick) stay. The only negative thing for me, at least, was that it was a bit complicated to get to the hotel from Toranomon Station of the Ginza Line. From the Hibiya Station side, it was easy to get there. Didn’t know it was so close to the Andaz Tokyo.
I was really thinking of using AMEX deal but decided to put most of my time at PH Tokyo this time. I will try staying here longer when I visit Tokyo next time.
