Passport used at airline check-in vs immigration e-gate on departure (Jakarta CGK)

Hi all,
Procedural question about Jakarta (CGK) departure.

For travelers who hold more than one passport, how strict is the requirement that the passport presented at airline check-in matches the passport used at Indonesian immigration e-gates when departing?

This can come up for dual nationals where one passport is used for airline/transit eligibility and the national passport is used for immigration exit.

Example: passenger checks in for a CGK → Singapore flight using Passport A, but exits Indonesia through the autogate using Passport B.

Does this typically cause any issues, or is it generally fine?

Thanks for any practical experience.
