My situation was the other way around: SK charged me for a bag while being FB platinum. This was already in 2024, so a while ago.

Before the flight I got confirmation from the FB helpdesk that the bag should be free, so I claimed the fee with them. It took some 3 months, but in the end I received a banktransfer from AF.
