Not necessarily a BTC question, but what are you all’s experience with Indian food (and not just the nasi biriyani) ex-SIN, especially to non-Indian destinations. Have this rather delicious sounding chicken makhanwallah dish as regular menu option for the main meal on an upcoming SIN-EWR segment. Would appreciate any feedback! Thanks!
