Sometimes Golds will do well, but set your expectations appropriately:
* Won't get the worst room in the house


Have to disagree with that my Sheaton Heathrow was a absolute hole, I called reception to be told "thats the room you booked Sir"!

Needless to say I complained via e-mail, hould get a reply within 2 days
