Don’t give them ideas on limiting to two . I figured it would be something of significant value and “easy” in the sense of coding the logic to state if the sponsor’s account is CK, open up additional inventory versus trying to invent a whole new award. One can only hope. It sounds like the jokers / GUFs have been severely limited with the POS/POC rules.

I have found that the agents can be quite helpful if they are at their computers or can have someone at the AC work on getting new options in place. I don’t need a text at Boston since the AC is right there / they are proactive, but one at MIA on a tight connection / an offer to go from the low D gates to the high D gates is where it matters. I had issues in Miami a few times last year where it was evident that the flight was clearly going to be delayed, yet since it wasn’t posted, the CK desk couldn’t do anything. Someone on the ground would have likely had better luck. Contrast that with CLT where there was an agent standing next to me on the phone with someone at the AC putting new flights in place.
I have had one instance where on the ground agent was helpful after texting me and that was after very pointed prompting at DFW. Most other times its just useless texts about gate and arrival that is available on AA.com and using other apps I get much more accurate information anyway. A couple of times for transfers at LAX from the Eagles nest (fairly consistent), and a couple of times in Chicago and once in JFK.

What was funny at LHR there would be a person standing at the arrival gate holding a CK sign in T5 after BA flight and when I asked if there is a car for CK to get to T3 she said no. Then whats the point exactly?

I would expect more. CK is now for IRROPS only and if you are being proactive about it.
