I pointed out it’s to get to the front of the immigration queue… they then find baggage claim Jesus…
I do have some patience with international flights -- the walk can be quite long to immigration / baggage claim at some foreign / US airports after the flight -- LHR is particularly brutal for someone that might struggle with walking...
