Kind of disappointed at the 1 million LP awards.

They need to add 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, and 2 million LP level.
The 100k award add-back has some great value if used well. I agree that the 1M to 3M gap is not ideal. I’m going to land around 1.3M for the year because of Jan.-Feb. work revert where it doesn’t make sense to fly Delta (e.g., Chicago in the winter), otherwise I would have started building MQDs for this year.

Check in texts are far and few in between for me. At hub airports maybe 60 percent of the time. Most of the time when something goes sideways these agents aren’t even helpful and quote things I already know without being proactive.

There is real value in IRROPS but at this point I believe it’s the only actual benefit we get.
Don’t give them ideas on limiting to two . I figured it would be something of significant value and “easy” in the sense of coding the logic to state if the sponsor’s account is CK, open up additional inventory versus trying to invent a whole new award. One can only hope. It sounds like the jokers / GUFs have been severely limited with the POS/POC rules.

I have found that the agents can be quite helpful if they are at their computers or can have someone at the AC work on getting new options in place. I don’t need a text at Boston since the AC is right there / they are proactive, but one at MIA on a tight connection / an offer to go from the low D gates to the high D gates is where it matters. I had issues in Miami a few times last year where it was evident that the flight was clearly going to be delayed, yet since it wasn’t posted, the CK desk couldn’t do anything. Someone on the ground would have likely had better luck. Contrast that with CLT where there was an agent standing next to me on the phone with someone at the AC putting new flights in place.
