Sorry if unclear. GS reps can manually push through GS PP upgrades at the 72h mark if certain conditions are met (absent PN availability). And they can also push through upgrade requests earlier as a companion (absent PN availability). Details are on the required conditions at the top of the GS master thread. What is not clear to me is whether these can be applied only to upgrading paid coach fares, or also to award fares.
