I don’t think it has either. Sounds like they haven’t gotten to reflector deployment yet. Northrop apparently made several changes to the antenna to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue that F1 experienced. They also mentioned a year or so ago that a different company was providing the antenna for F3.

Fingers crossed it works and delivers the capacity/speed improvements they are touting.
