I'm in the exact same boat with a 5 night points booking. I've called the hotel twice in the last week and have been instructed to send an email to their reservations team. The generic email that we've all received from reservations talks about some "Relocation team". I guess they may still be trying to figure out the plan, but it would be nice to know what the options are.
