I got the email renewal on Feb 4 last year, too.. but not this year.

called Globalist this week they were clueless as was CK desk. But they have registered a ticket to escalate.
I suggest EVERYONE call Hyatt and leave a ticket (they seem more in the lead here than AA).

Especially if you are needing your Globalist benefits after Feb 28.
