I sampled a number of random dates throughout the year and noticed a clear trend: room pricing (both cash rates and points) has increased quite a bit across the board, even with the weak VND. On top of that, the lounge food and drink offering seems to have been scaled back substantially. It’s a real shame to see the overall value proposition moving in the wrong direction.
