Like none of us are happy, but the whole mad act of 'you've offended me, you've offended my family, you're a scourge on society, this is totally unfair after all I've given to you for so long' is somewhat amusing (to me at least).
This is conduct worthy of a class action, making changes to the loyalty program is not:

I'll say that we differ in our opinions of what is worthy of a class action lawsuit. When people are getting sick or dying because of neglicnce, I'm in. When we're wasting the time of the Supereme Court because a dude saw the price jump from one the booking page to the payment page...I would hope we have better mechanisms to deal with this than a class action. Last time I got a cheque in the mail for like $0.36 with a letter from a laywer telling me I won (and that I did not even sign up for the suit, nor was I asked if I wanted to participte) I was one step closer to moving to a small isalnd in the South Pacific lead by a benevolent dictator and using a language I do not comprehend.
AC does not fly to this amazing (and probably fictional place)but it would be served by a Twin Otter and the airport would certainly not have jetways.
As for all the emotions people are feeling after the change, I suggest y'all recall the legdary Law & Order Star IceT : "
I don't know why a player wanna hate T / I didn't choose the game, the game chose me." or paraphrased: Don't hate the player, hate the game.
