I am in from BGI last night.We were told that there is a work to rule campaign going on. The "thugs" are at it again.

A friend who arrived last evening from Florida(we met at airport hotel) had luggage delayed long enough that he missed his YSB connection last night.
(they also missed our flight this am as the check-in lines were horrendous and slow).I did manage because of the concierges. ^
