For no. 2, where does it say that in the terms and conditions of the card? It may address it. I haven't checked.
The spokesperson may have reacted to the term double-dipping. In this context, double-dipping implies getting a benefit twice for the same cost. Having two cards results in two annual fees, so it would not be double-dipping. The better question would have been would Citi lower or eliminate some of the stated benefits if an individual has more than one Globe card.
