The annual fee cards provide the discounted pricing, the Gateway card does not. Seats.aero's slightly misleadingly named "PlusPoints finder" in the paid version has the ability to look for IN inventory, which is what you would need for what you're trying to do, over a range of dates and seat alerts
Is it definite that those with fee cards get discounted Saver awards in Polaris but not if they're a mere MP elite and not a current card holder?
