CDG has Accès No.1 lines at T1 checkpoints (arrivals for sure, departures I don't remember), so anyone with fast-track on their BP will get access to it, no paid option at all. The line at T2E is reportedly scrapped.
Note that, from personal experience and on reading posts, the bouncer for that line has tendency to allow usually ineligible customers when it's light traffic.
