My wife and I flew LHR/HEL/BKK (Bus) around 18 days ago. We are both on the same booking, same ticket and same OW status. We both have the flights assigned to BA.
She receives the TP and Avios a few days ago but I haven't received anything yet. Is this exceptional? Should I wait or chase.
