I don't know about the corners but I feel like the tables right next to the windows are desirable.

One morning when I went for breakfast there was window table that was clearly unoccupied but the host said all the tables around the windows were filled and sat me in a booth. That table stayed empty the whole time I was eating, presumably reserved for someone else.

The two other mornings I was there I did get a window table and while the view is nice, it faces the sun so the blinds were partially drawn.
