I've had the short rib with the mustard-curry gnocchi last month, so it was a toss up between the burger and the chicken thigh (which looked very good in the pics on this thread!) In the end, I chose the Shake Shack burger. I've always wanted to try it in the air. I haven't had the chance to fly on a flight in F where I was able to preorder one until now (despite the Shake Shack burger being available for over a year now!)




What can I say? It's a Shake Shack cheeseburger! Is it as good as a Shake Shack cheeseburger on the ground? Almost! It comes really close to being the same experience, and I was very satisfied with the way it tasted. Since the burger patty is a smash burger style, reheating it in the oven made the edges even more crispy. I wish they had a different dessert than the brownie though. I'm not a fan of brownies. I looked longingly at my seat neighbor's untouched chocolate mousse.
