Fresh summer rolls and a bowl of beef and shrimp pho from Little Saigon in Lawrence, Kansas for lunch. I usually get the small, though got the large today so I'd have leftovers for dinner. Heading out of town in the morning and didn't have anything fresh prepared to avoid it sitting in the fridge over the weekend!
