We have completed a few stays. Every stay was great!

Upon check-in, we were offered a glass of champagne (Ruinart) and a towel which was a new benefit for all guests. The check-in staff explained all Globalist benefits and proactively offered us a late check-out to 4pm.

We were escorted to our room, and the staff explained the room and said anything they could make our stay better etc. All our stays were in the Park Deluxe Suite.
There was a welcome amenity - either a plate of 2 apples or 2 oranges. They were both really good. The view was nice - didn’t have Mt. Fuji view but the city/Skytree view was awesome! The beds were comfortable. Toto with a bidet seat, Aesop bath products and rain shower were all good. (No sofa bed) Turndown service was provided every night.

Breakfast was fabulous! Just like a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The buffet included an entree (see photos) and any drink + they always brought 2 types of juice (OJ and something like apple+carrots+mango juice). Please try fresh madeleines and fancy melons! They were fantastic!
I also tried the fancy Japanese meal, Kozue Breakfast, but I would prefer the regular buffet. There other thing I noticed was that the staff always took us to the table at the corner or next to the windows. I’m not sure if they take Globalist members to the best tables possible….

The gym equipment was upgraded from LifeFitness to TechnoGym. Water bottle changed from plastic to aluminum can. It seems like they offer some yoga class etc, but I'm not 100% sure.

Overall, from check-in to checkout everything was great! The room was fine, the staff, breakfast and gym/spa were all excellent! Used the shuttle service many times between the hotel and Shinjuku Station, always on time! Will stay again….
