2:00 was the quoted check-in time in the email I received from them. I told them I would be there then. This was not an early check-in.
Also, this was late last year and the IHG dining discount was in full effect in Asia. I had received it just a few days earlier with a smile at the Crowne Plaza Lumphini.
The issue is not only with not receiving a letter outlining Ambassador benefits (although that too), rather that the word "Ambassador" was not mentioned at any point during the check-in nor were any benefits discussed in any way, shape, or form.
I do not think this property is being run very well.
They didn't send you a pre-arrival e-mail with this (and some other info)?
