Anyone notice how long it take sto get bags at Pearson? Is it an Air Canada issue or is it an Airport Authority issue? The past 3 or 4 flights I've taken - no matter what the terminal #....It takes about 40 minutes to receive checked luggage. This compares to Philadelphia where bags are waiting when I get to the carousel and other airports where wiaitng is no longer than 5 or 10 minutes.....What is up with this? I sthere anything we can do about it?
