The thankyou mastercard unfortunately is not considered a Citibank card , so will not see it there. But the points should be combinable in the thankyou.com portal after making sure the information matches between the card accounts and thankyou portal profile. All the info needs to be same, name, telephone, email, (address?).
CS did say it is a branded card and can't be combined. Do I combine points at the card account or the points account? EDIT: OK, I see where to transfer points. Looks like a business has to be chosen to transfer the points too. Not exactly what I had in mind. I thought all points could be pooled then spent as usual.
