Everything matches. I'll call again tomorrow and see what they say. I don't think the Strata will elevate my redemption rate but I'm more interested in having both accounts in the app.
The thankyou mastercard unfortunately is not considered a Citibank card , so will not see it there. But the points should be combinable in the thankyou.com portal after making sure the information matches between the card accounts and thankyou portal profile. All the info needs to be same, name, telephone, email, (address?).
