I'll be fully honest with you it just sounds like AA customers being entitled, when jetblue introduced those same exact suites (literally the same exact ones) everyone was praising them, with positive remarks all around.
JetBlue has the ThompsonAero Vantage Solo. AA has the Collins Aurora. I guess how it feels also depends on how high the sidewalls are - the Aurora appears to have higher walls (by a few inches) which restricts sightlines and makes it feel smaller.
Based on the shape of the headrest in the tiny render from the 2024 Investor Day PDF, AC is likely to have the Collins Aurora as well...
