If I already signed up for new Globe Card independent of the conversion of my Silver to Globe, do you think the two Globe cards will stack for the new benefits like the Flight Streak Bonus?

I hope they do for the Flight Streak Bonus. The current T&Cs for the Globe card don't address it either way. So not explicitly prohibited, unlike, say, Marriott Bonvoy, where they explicitly say the consumer/personal card elite nights don't stack across multiple cards. But also not explicitly permitted.
