BKK - Budapesti Közlekedési Központ (or Budapest Transport Centre) is the agency that coordinates public transport and the bike hire scheme in Budapest. They have a website at bkk.hu/en/ which is worth a look if you're visiting Budapest, but you can only register on the app.
