Talking about weird meal services, SIN-IST (TK209, 10:15 departure, 17:05 arrival) is another one, with a big lunch served after take-off (normal, no complaint there!), and a breakfast (!!!) meal (choice of pancake or omelette) as pre-arrival meal. Whichever "genius" thought of this should be guillotined.
Maybe if they called the meal a
light dinner or
pre-landing snack it would sit better.
I'm not particularly fussed about onboard catering, and skip a lot of it, but i think among their substantial meal offers there isn't anything other than lunch/dinner and the breakfast.
