Seems the American XLR J suite is not universally loved. I guess we still don't know what seat AC is putting into the XLR (other than it being a herringbone seat). Hopefully it isn't as poorly received as the AA seat.
I'll be fully honest with you it just sounds like AA customers being entitled, when jetblue introduced those same exact suites (literally the same exact ones) everyone was praising them, with positive remarks all around.
