IHG expands UK presence wit 4 New hotel (Garner and Voco)IHG announces the signings and openings of four properties with Fairview Hotels across the UK, including voco London – Bloomsbury, Garner Hotel Lincoln, Garner Hotel Rotherham East and Garner Hotel Chesterfield North.

The latest properties add over 380 rooms to IHG’s UK&I pipeline. This growth builds on IHG’s leading position across essentials and premium segments as well as its success in launching and growing conversion brands, such as voco and Garner.
Voco London – Bloomsbury is located on Southampton Row, close to Kimpton Fitzroy London and Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury - The 114-room hotel occupies a charming Victorian façade and is expected to be fully rebranded and will open under the voco brand in mid-2026, remaining open to guests in the meantime.

Garner Hotel Rotherham East: Recently opened in January 2025, the 91-room hotel enhances the Garner offering in South Yorkshire. Located in Bramley, the hotel is close to Junction 1 of the M18.

Garner Hotel Lincoln: Set to open in February 2026, the 91-room Garner Hotel Lincoln is situated in North Hykeham, southwest of Lincoln, offering excellent access to the A46 and just 13 minutes from Lincoln Central Station.

Garner Hotel Chesterfield North: Also opening in February 2026, the 91-room Garner Hotel Chesterfield North is in Balborough, Derbyshire, close to Junction 30 of the M1 offering connectivity to Sheffield, Chesterfield. North Leeds and South Birmingham.

IHG opens Voco Hotel in Lucknow - India.IHG has signed a management agreement with Rajdeep Infra & Sales Pvt Ltd for the development of Voco Lucknow. Scheduled to open in Q3 2029.Located in Ashiyana, one of Lucknow's most sought-after areas, the hotel is situated a short drive from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport.

The 135-key hotel is currently under construction. This project will represent the third IHG hotel in Lucknow, joining the operational Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.
