argh. no email offer. hopefully its not too limited / targeted. but i hate how offer rollout timing is not consistent. maybe its a server load issue for marketing distribution, but its already FEB 4th. the offer started 3 days ago.
but looks like there are different offers starting in FEB ie home improvement + 8% any spend? those look like very solid offers. but this month seems to have more variance in offers. maybe a new test?
