Monday morning at 9 AM she got an approval notification which said she was Approved without an in-person interview and that her Pre was reinstituted and immediately usable.
Now she can reapply for NEXUS and hope that she gets waived for an in-person.
That was quick thinking. Obviously I don't know her age, but doesn't everyone beyond a certain age automatically get PreCheck?
