I used to always get huge BRGs at the Westin Mina Seyahi. Unfortunately can't find them anymore. Doing W Mina Seyahi this year, but no BRG yet. Price already up 30% since I booked, so don't think a BRG will make a difference. Was good while it lasted.
Mina Seyahi is great with younger kids maybe not the most luxurious hotels but still good. I have noticed that in previous years the big OTAs like booking.com etc. sometimes run price promotions on the Mina Seyahi hotels around 15%-25%,not sure if this is with or without the blessing of the properties. I realize I should have done a BRG claim during the black Friday sales, but my dates wasn't set by then. Anyway fingers crossed, I have a points booking for the Westin but it would be nice with a good BRG.
