I fully agree, especially on Line 14. I prefer CDG as an airport but distance wise ORY has become unbeatable - 30 minutes from Châtelet on a modern metro vs. 50-ish minutes to CDG on the dreadful RER B.
The main problem with TO was/is the lack of priority access for security at Orly 3, where queues can be very long. On flights to MAD for instance I've preferred UX because of this - UX gives you SkyPriority and lounge access, and security at Orly 1 is very efficient. With these changes, I'm pretty confident I'll consider TO and ORY more often.
While pricier the CDG Express should help bridge that transport gap in 2027 hopefully!
Only thing left for AF to do at ORY is to move XK and Corsica flights to CDG in 2027 when the PSO is up for renewal
